Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC - Coker Capital Advisors announced today that Butler County Medical Center (“BCMC”) has been acquired by the TriHealth Health System (“TriHealth”). In a related transaction, BCMC’s real estate assets were acquired by Duke Realty. Based in Hamilton, OH, BCMC is a physician-owned hospital. Following TriHealth’s acquisition, BCMC will be managed by Surgical Care Affiliates (“SCA”). Coker Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive financial advisor to BCMC in this transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
